Behavioral health services in the nature of residential treatment services for teenagers, young adults, and their families, namely, providing neurobiologically informed treatment services for creating securely attached relationships to optimize emotional, physical, and relational development in such teenagers, young adults, and their families; providing a neurobiological program using developmental research and literature to provide essential experiential and interpersonal elements which sequentially unfold to establish healthy physical, emotional, and relational regulation for the development of trust, a sense of self, resiliency, a secure base, and ability to integrate trauma for developmentally healing and strengthening the functional, physical and mental health of teenagers, young adults, and their families
