The mark consists of two components. Component 1 consists of a rectangular box, outlined in a tri-color border in the colors of light blue-white-light blue. Contained within the rectangular box is the phrase "EAT GREEK" in stylized, capital, dark blue letters. Component 2 consists of a three rings, each with their own unique components. The outer ring is a simple light blue that matches other light blue components of the mark. The middle ring consists of a white border bookending a light blue middle portion of the middle ring. Within the top (or northern) middle portion of the middle ring are the words "ROCHESTER N.Y.", in stylized, capital letters, with a star symbol before "ROCHESTER", before "N.Y." and after "N.Y.". At the bottom of the southern portion of the middle portion of the middle ring are the words "BOWLS" "GYROS" and "SALADS" in stylized, capital letters. There is a star symbol in between the words "BOWLS" and "GYROS" and in between the words "GYROS" and "SALADS". The innermost ring or portion of Component 2 is composed of a portion of the Greek-flag in its traditional colors, which are consistent with the other colors of the mark. Component 1 sits at a slight angle on Component 2 and splits Component 2 into two portions.
