The mark consists of an insignia drawn with thick and thin black lines consisting of thick black inner and outer lines and two thin black lines between the inner and outer lines. The lines describe a fully contiguous shape with six outlined inner regions. Two of the inner regions are centered towards the top of the insignia and the four remaining inner regions form two sets of regions with left/right symmetry. The topmost region is small and centered, consisting of a nearly flat long bottom and a flat short top connected with converging sides. The next centered region is below the topmost region and is nearly triangular, pointing down, with a slightly squashed top. The next two regions are smaller and oval in shape and angle inward and downward. The last two regions are larger, somewhat oval, and extend downward and inward nearly to the bottom of the insignia but with pointed tips extending upward. The separation between these last two regions gives the insignia an inward triangular protrusion at the bottom.
