The handbag features the distinct combination of: (1) a structured and flat back panel that is comprised of tan and brown woven leather pattern that mimics a basketweave with a brown leather vertical strip bearing the WTW styled logo, and a structured and flat front panel that is comprised of tan and brown woven leather pattern that mimics a basketweave; (2) a brown leather strip that goes around the perimeter of the handbag; (3) cream decorative hardware on either side where the gold fastener attaches the strap, not claiming function of the cream hardware; (4) dark brown inside bottom of the handbag bearing a cream leather "disk" shape bearing the WTW styled logo; (5) and the dark brown outside bottom of handbag bearing a smaller cream "plug." The matter shown in broken lines, namely, the handbag strap, the brass hardware on the sides of attaching each strap, and the brass feet on the bottom of the bag are not part of the mark. The side of the bag is space and function of the bag are not being claimed, only the design claim in item (4) above. The broken lines serve only to show the position or placement of the primary features of the trade dress.
