The mark consists of the word element of "NO SHAME" which is displayed in a stacked and centered position as being the top layer of the mark's 3-layered design, and which words are in a large font size and in a thick all-caps lettering, and having the "NO" being displayed dominantly as in the largest, loftiest, and thickest font size and as being situated over and fitted to the length of the longer word "SHAME". The middle layer consists of a rectangular box in a contrasting hue which integrates the wording design of the top layer into the second and bottom layers of the design by causing the top portion of the middle layer, located underneath the word "NO", to have cut-outs around the inward-facing insides of the "NO" and specifically around the inward facing lettering of the "N" to the inward facing lettering of the "O", and which then produces the 3-D stand-out effect in the mark by thus also incorporating the underlying flowing movement designs shown in the bottom layer. That third and bottommost layer consists of a graphic in contrasting hues and depicting wavey, flowing, and interacting line structures having small leaf-like extensions and which structures have a flowing movement extending from the left and bottom with a travel pattern upwards towards the right and top of the mark and with having increasing density as it moves upwardly, outwardly and rightwardly, and, by using the cut-outs, the bottom layer then becomes integrated through the middle layer and into the top layer of "NO SHAME".
