The mark consists of a solid dark yellow background with a pair of vertical concentric ovals, where the outer oval is black and is covered by a dark yellow oval except for a narrow rim adjacent to the end of the yellow oval outside that appears as a black rim that is incomplete in the middle of the right side of the black oval; a man's straight-on profile appears in the middle of the mark, with the man's neck and narrow-brim hat; the man has a beard, a mustache and shaded black eyes and a sylyzed black shaded nose; the right side of his cheek is partly shaded black; his neck is shaded black on the left side and appears in dark yellow on the right side; the rim of the man's hat is mainly yellow except for black shading on the right and left sides; the shading of the top of the hat resembles a mountain range that is mostly dark yellow on the lower right side and black on the upper left side; the man's left ear is dark yellow and his left ear is black; the space between the man's profile and the rim of the black oval is yellow; the hat divides the concentric ovals above the middle section of the ovals; the rim of the hat overlaps and extends beyond the left edge of the black rim.
