The mark consists of a rectangle with the word BR?EPRINT in the left two thirds of the rectangle. The word BR?EPRINT is broken up into BR?E in font slightly larger than PRINT with the latter being placed below the former in slightly smaller font and separated by two horizontal lines. The ? in BR?E has vertical lines placed on either side of it. Below PRINT is the words Brewing Company, separated by a horizontal line equal in length to the two horizontal lines used to separate BR?E from PRINT. The uppermost set of horizontal lines is approximately two-fifths from the top of the mark and the lower horizontal line is approximately seven-tenths from the top of the mark. The right-most third of the mark consists of what appears to be a beer glass with foam and a fingerprint in which the letter ? is etched out of the fingerprint image. The shape of the image found in the right-most portion of the mark is that of an inverted trapezoid with a rounded bottom and three curved lines that mimic the curvature of the bottom of a glass. The upper portion of the trapezoid consists of a complex shape mimicking foam in a pint glass with a portion of the shape coming slightly lower than the rest on its right third bottom section so as to mimic the overflowing of foam. The section of the trapezoid making up approximately five-thirteenths from the bottom of the trapezoid to to ten-thirteenths from the bottom of the trapezoid contains a fingerprint. The fingerprint has the letter ? resected from it, taking up approximately three-fifths of the height of the fingerprint and half of the width of the fingerprint..
