The mark consists of The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress design of Easy Hardware, Inc.'s well known (see fn.1) hand-washing stations as to which the following features are claimed: 1) a generally rectangular, free-standing hand-washing station, including a lower cabinet, and a sink and faucet located above the lower cabinet, the lower cabinet consisting of a generally rectangular housing with front and back walls, and opposing sidewalls forming a cavity, the front wall including a pivoting door with a door handle, and four swivel wheels located at each lower corner of the cabinet, and wherein the sink height is substantially less than the lower cabinet height; 2) the overall color of the station is generally metallic silver; and 3) the sink having an upstanding rear wall with a series of parallel slitted vents on both the left and right sidewalls of the rear wall of the sink, two staggered (higher and lower) dials located on either the left or right sidewall of the rear wall of the sink (depending on customer preference), a circular motion sensor mounted on the front face of the rear wall of the sink, and a battery charge indicator that is either vertically or horizontally mounted on either the left or right sidewall of the rear wall of the sink (again, depending on customer preference). The features claimed are shown in the attached drawings (Tab A). Annotated drawings identifying the various features claimed are also attached (Tab B).
