The mark consists of a seashorse with three sky blue fins with royal blue undersides separated by white at the middle back of the seahorse. Royal blue and sky blue bubbles emanating from the seahorses mouth with a single white kidney shape in each. The body of the back of the seashorse is royal blue. The front and face of the seashorse is sky blue. The face of the seahorse is sky blue with a royal blue chin. The eye of the seahorse is royal blue circle with a white kidney shaped portion and concentric sky blue, white, and royal circles around the eye. The tail of the seahorse is sky blue and mildly spiral curled . There's a slight white separation between the spine of the seahorse and the tail with a curved horn shape wisp of royal blue on top of the beginning of the tail.
