The mark consists of a tic tac toe grid gameboard design made up of nine squares in three rows and three columns with no borderline enclosing the outer squares, resembling a hash tag mark. The grid design is on a slight angle or tilt to the viewer's left, in black line with no color. Three camel toe hoof prints appear diagonally across the game board in the square of the bottom row of the column to the viewer's right, the square of the center row in the column in the center of the grid, and the square of the upper row in the column to the viewer's left. An "X" mark appears in the square in the upper row square in the column to the viewer's right. An "O" mark appears in the lower row square in the column on the viewer's left. The phrase "Tic Tite Toe" appears next to the gameboard on the viewer's right, in the lower portion of the mark and next to the camel toe hoof print in the square of the bottom row of the column to the viewer's right.
