An upside down Moorish moon (crescent) rests?in the bottom center of the chevron. A fanciful scrolling pattern?frames the bottom of the crest with the words "Since 1326"?written out on a scroll. The filigree leading up from the scroll?ends at a cherub on each side, mid crest.
