Applicant seeks concurrent use registration for financial planning and investment advisory services and claims exclusive right to use the Mark in the in the entire United States except the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania metropolitan area. Applicant believes that there may be exceptions to its claim of exclusive use, namely L2 Capital Partners, L.P. L2 Capital GP, LLC, owner of Registration No. 5374390, that claims rights in the mark L2 CAPITAL for financial services, namely, principal investing, investment management, and investment of funds for others in the fields of private equity and debt investment services and who may have rights in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. Applicant is not aware of any other current exceptions to its claim of exclusive use.
