Description of Mark
The mark consists of a life ring buoy centered in the image with the words "SEA ISLE CITY" on the top half of the ring and the words "BEACH PATROL" on the bottom half of the ring. A rope holder separates the top half of the ring on the left and right sides of it. There are two additional, smaller rope holders at the top and bottom of the ring. Meeting in the middle of the ring are two intersecting oars that are invisible within the ring. The lower halves of the oars are divided into segments -- 25% of space comprising the lower segment and 75% comprising the upper segment of the lower half of the oar. The upper half of the oar features a darkened, thickened perimeter, particularly at the apex of the oars. A braided rope is connecting all four rope holders.
