The mark consists of a rhombus formed from two lines, an outer thicker line and an inner thinner line. A comparatively large stylized capital letter "S" is situated within the interior of the rhombus. A shaded rectangle, having a length that is approximately ten times the width of the rectangle, extends from outside the lower sixth of the rhombus, is superimposed over the rhombus just below the interior letter "S" and just above the lowest corner of the rhombus and extends out from the rhombus to the right. The word "SHELLYSTONES,' in a stylized font an in a lighter color than the color of the rectangle, is situated within the shaded rectangle, the letters of which are all capitalized and extend from the left edge of the shaded rectangle to the right edge of the shaded rectangle. The colors white and black in the mark merely represent transparent backgrounds and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
