The mark consists of a black square, within which there is a white stylized capital letter "Q" and a white stylized capital letter "L" that overlap one another. Just to the left of the top of the curvature of the letter "Q" there is one opening on each side of the upper terminus of the letter "L", which upper terminus aligns with these openings in the upper curvature of the letter "Q". Just to the left of the bottom of the curvature of the letter "Q" there is one opening on the left side of the lower left terminus of the letter "L". The lower right terminus of both the letter "Q" and the letter "L" are vertically aligned with one another. Within the lower half of the letter "Q", the vertical portion of the letter "L" is surrounded horizontally on the left by the capital letters "INS" and on the right by the letters "GHTS" to form a stylized version of the word "INSIGHTS" in all capitals, with the vertical portion of the letter "L" visually functioning as the second letter "I" in the word "INSIGHTS".
