The mark consists of Circular mark centered around a lit dark blue or black torch with stylized red flames emanating from the top of the torch, surrounded by "STAND FOR THE CONSTITUTION" above the torch in dark blue or black letters and "Mesa County" below the torch in red letters, all surrounded by a dark blue or black circle made up of a thin dark blue or black line, outside of the circle centered at the bottom is "COLORADO" in red letters with two gold stars on each side.
