The mark consists of rugged lines indicating one slightly taller mountain superimposed in front of a slightly shorter mountain, such that a roughly V-shaped valley is created therebetween. A winding line indicating a river begins at a point at the valley and then broadens as it moves downward. The river first swoops slightly rightward moving downward from the point, and then swoops strongly leftward to end in a relatively wide base between the bases of the two mountains. The literal element, "MONTSHIRE ADVISORS" is included in small and large capital letters, centered below the above-described design element, with "MONTSHIRE" on top of "ADVISORS".
