Marketing services in the nature of Name, Image and Likeness ("NIL") marketing and related consulting services for student-athletes; Branding services, namely, consulting, development, management and marketing of brands for student-athletes and supporters while ensuring compliance with NCAA, state and college name, image, and likeness guidelines; Endorsement services, namely, promoting the goods and services of others by facilitating and administering NIL opportunities for student-athletes; Marketing services in the nature of facilitating promotion of third-party goods and services by student-athlete brand ambassadors; and Membership club services, namely providing enhanced access to events, social media, membership databases, athletes, and coaches.
