The mark consists of the literal element "design" in Arial font on a first line stacked with the literal element "ecology" in Arial font on a second line with the first letters "d" and "e" in vertical alignment, the stacked literal elements preceded by an adjacent continuous first stripe interlaced with a continuous second stripe, the interlaced first stripe and second stripe forming the general shapes of two substantially identical leaves also forming an upright capital "D" shape and lowercase "e" shape laid sideways, the continuous first stripe forming about two-thirds of said upright capital D shape that is missing an omitted horizontal base segment and omitted lower corner of said capital D shape, the opposite ends of the first stripe terminating in spaced relationship and interrupted by an intervening horizontal base segment of the second stripe interlaced with the first stripe between the opposite terminal ends of the first stripe, the base segment of the second stripe aligned to substantially replace the omitted horizontal base segment of said capital D shape between the opposite terminal ends of the first stripe, the continuous second stripe forming about two-thirds of said general lowercase "e" shape laid sideways, the lowercase "e" shape missing an omitted internal return segment from the sharp corner of the lowercase "e" shape to the final interior intersection with the major curve of the lowercase "e" shape, the opposite ends of the second stripe terminating in spaced relationship and interrupted by an intervening rear segment of the first stripe interlaced with the second stripe between the opposite terminal ends of the second stripe, said rear segment of the first stripe aligned to substantially form the omitted internal return segment of said lowercase "e" shape between the opposite terminal ends of the second stripe.
