The mark consists of four equally sized puzzle pieces that interlock to form a square, of which three pieces are assembled on the left and lower sides of the square with the upper left puzzle piece having a red color, the lower left puzzle piece having a green color, and the lower right puzzle piece having a maize color. The fourth puzzle piece, which is sky blue in color, is slightly offset from and cants towards the left to slightly overlap both the upper left and lower right puzzle piece while occupying the space befitting the upper right section of the square, but does not complete the square. THE COLOR WHITE REPRESENTS TRANSPARENT AREAS OR BACKGROUND AND IS NOT A FEATURE OF THE MARK.
