The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle comprising a merman wearing a crown, with long hair, a beard, bare arms with a vambrace and gloved hands, and a bare chest and torso leading to a scale-covered lower abdomen and tail with fin, said fin being partially obscured by the base of the bottle and wrapping around said base so that the tail portion is visible from the front, said merman holding a downward-facing trident in his right hand and with his left hand against his body, atop a base with a circular bottom portion. The base and circular bottom of the bottle are shown in dotted lines and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
