We created a specialized and refined Large Language Model that is specific to the mortgage industry. It is able to correctly answer questions about mortgage guidelines and rules. Our product can answer any question relating to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and non-conforming loan products. The model is also able to converse with the user. This will enable mortgage professionals to provide more accurate and more timely responses to consumers, and will also revolutionize the access that consumers have to mortgage information, since our model will be available to the public writ large. The model also provides actionable advice and suggestions for mortgage professionals and consumers alike, thereby improving the mortgage experience for all Americans
