The mark consists of a black-and-white image on a white background. The image is rectangular in shape, taller than it is wide on a 1.25 to 1 ratio. The logo image includes four black bar images and two lines. Three of the bars are vertical columns of equal height and width, set side-by-side with equal spacing among them.The fourth black bar is half the width of the other three column bars and is positioned horizontally over the top of them, extending across the width of all three columns and separated by a thin space above them. Of the three column bars, from left to right the first column is a solid bar. It has a thin, straight black line extending from its right side at a downward angle of about 100 degrees, about one-third up from the bottom of the column. This black line extends across the second column space and ends as it touches the left side of the space where the third column is. The second, middle column is not a solid bar but is broken into top and bottom segments with a break in the middle so the white space background shows in the break. About one-fifth of the column's height traces upward from the bottom of the logo rectangle, and about two-fifths of the column trace downward from the top of the logo rectangle. The white column break space lies in the remaining two-fifths gap area between the bottom and top black-colored column segments. The line extending from the first column on the left extends across this white space that breaks the second column into two parts. The third column on the right side of the logo rectangle is broken into top and bottom parts identical to the second column. A thin black line, the same width as the black line that extends from the first column, extends downward 180 degrees from the top column segment, tracing from the right-bottom corner for about one-fifth of the entire column length. There the black line traces left at an elbow angle of about 280 degrees, and continues until it is halfway into the space for the second column, ending just under the middle of the second column's upper segment. The remainder of the logo consists of two text segments. One of these text segments is on the right side of the logo image rectangle and aligns with the bottom half of the rectangle. It reads, "Modular Solutions, Ltd." The other text segment is a line of text that appears under the bottom of the logo image rectangle, beginning flush left with the image, and runs along the bottom reading, "The Complete Building Company." This text segment is smaller in type size than the first text segment, and ends flush right with the end of the text segment above it.
