The mark consists of the word "Demarson" which is above the words "New York". The bottom left corner of the letter "D" in "Demarson" is missing, whereby the left side of the letter shows a diagonal upwards cut and the bottom left curved portion of the letter is a straight vertical cut. On the letter "S" in "Demarson" there is an invisible vertical line running through the center of the letter that removes the top right portion of the "S", a portion of the center curvature of the "S" and the bottom left of the "S".
