The design element separating the lower fronds consists of three tiny circles of equivalent size: one to the left of the stem, one to the right of the stem, and one at the center of the stem, which circles together form a triangular shape to symbolize the fruit available on a palm tree. The crown of the tree is depicted with the leaves opening / facing northward. Centered beneath the pam tree, the literal elements of the mark are in two rows of text in all capital letters in a stylized font, with the first two literal elements in the first row in larger font size than the third literal element in the second row.
