The mark consists of a design with the letter "P" divided into four segments superimposed on top of circular background at the center of a larger circular background, separated by a thin annular border, radially outward of which are four quadrants, the top-left quadrant having and open book and pencil design therein, the top-right quadrant having two hands holding a heart design in the center of a ball therein, the bottom-right quadrant having a house design therein, and the bottom-left quadrant having a basket of food and drink design therein, all four quadrants surrounded by a thicker annular border having the words "Education", "Care For Others", "Shelter" and "Hunger and Thirst" radially aligned with the four quadrants, respectively, surrounded by still another, thicker annular border at the radial perimeter of the design, having the words "Pulte Family" and "Charitable Foundation", separated by dots, located therein.
