The mark consists of of trade dress of the front of a package comprised of the following: The top left hand side of the pack all has a gold background. The bottom third of the pack has a black background, which runs to the top right of the pack and the two fields are bisected by a thick curved diagonal gold line and several thin curved diagonal gold lines. At the center in the top third of the pack is the stylized word "FINISH" in blue, with a red ball forming the dot over the second "I", with a white star or gleam emanating from the dot, below which appears the word "POWERBALL" in white on a red stripe, all of which appears with a white outline. The word "FINISH" and the red bar are superimposed, beginning at the right side of the "S", over an image of a wine glass with white gleam designs on the rim and at the base. Below the word "FINISH" and the red bar appear the words "ULTIMATE" in black outlined in gold over the words "OUR BEST CLEAN & SHINE" in black. Below that to the left and within a black triangle appears the words "ULTIMATE CLEAN 1 in gold" adjacent to a circle outlined in gold, with a black "V" at its center intersected by black and gold lines. Below that appears the words "TACKLES BURN-ON STAINS 2" adjacent to a circle outlined in gold, with small black & gold squares. Below that are the words "REMOVES 24HR DRIED-ON STAINS 3" in gold adjacent to a circle outlined in gold, with a black clock design formed by an arrow and clock hands; below that the worlds "DIAMOND SHINE 4" in gold adjacent to a gold circle outlined in black, with a black and gold diamond design at its center.
