The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration for the product packaging for the goods consisting of a bottle in the shape of a still rounded canister with a flat bottom and a flanged top, raised portions with slight protrusions running in parallel horizontally around the top and bottom of the bottle wherein the top and bottom protrusions feature equally spaced circular protrusions therein and the lower protrusion features a rectangle like indention there above and a teardrop shaped cap having a flat bottom and a top that extends distally therefrom with a coil extending from the end of the top, the canister having a reflective surface. The broken lines depicting the flat bottom of the bottle cap, the liner, and the flanged top and flat bottom of the canister indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
