The mark consists of The mark consists of a circular design with a banner attached to the bottom of the circle, and another banner directly below that one. The circle is two toned, with red in the outermost part of the circle, and with a yellow inner circle. On the upper part of the red portion of the circle are the words "HARINA DE TRIGO" written in the color white, in a semi-circular format. On the lower part of the red circular area are yellow wheat outlined in blue, and with blue accents. The red portion of the circle in outlined in two stripes of blue and a top yellow stripe. The outside circle is outlined in two blue circular stripes and a final outer yellow circular stripe. Centered in the middle yellow circle appears the profile of a yellow rooster's head outlined in blue with a red comb, wattle, and eye ring. The rooster's beak appears in yellow, and the eye appears in blue and white. At the bottom of the red concentric circle appears stalks of grain colored yellow and outlined in blue, with blue accents. There is a large red banner overlapping the bottom of the circular design composed on the words, in yellow: "EL GALLO". The yellow El Gallo words are outlined in blue. The banner has a white, blue, white, and yellow outline to it. Under the red banner is a smaller blue banner. The blue banner contains the words: "MOLINO HARINERO SULA". Other than noted in the aforesaid description, the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
