The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with the wording "Moniuszko" in a stylized white font. To the left of this wording is a stylized sliver circle. The wording and the circle are on a black banner on the bottle with a silver line at the bottom that is above a line black line which is above a thicker silver line. This banner wraps around the bottle and on the back is silver with black musical notes. The cap of the bottle is black with a thin sliver line near the bottom of the cap with thin black line below that and a thicker silver line below that. The additional white in the mark is background only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The dotted lines outlining the overall shape of the bottle, the bottle cap and seal are not part of the mark, but intended to show placement of the mark on the goods.
