Certification will be offered to all anaplastologists who: 1. Possess the education/experience(s) prerequisites prevailing at the time of their application; 2. Pay the required application and testing fees; 3. Have a knowledge of the English language adequate for comprehension of the examinations; and 4. Pass written and case presentations examinations offered by the Board for Certification in Clinical Anaplastology. The owner is exercising legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce. The mark owner is not engaged in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied, except to advertise or promote recognition of the certification program or of the goods/services that meet the certification standards of the mark owner.
