The mark consists of the words "DYC CODEA" in black capital letters placed to the right of a design array of four square boxes, each with three rounded corners and one sharp corner, where two of the boxes are large in size and two of the boxes are smaller in size. The smaller and larger boxes are placed diagonally across from one another so that their respective sharp corners meet in the center of the array. The smaller upper left box is solid aquamarine; the larger upper right box is solid pink with "DYC" in all capital white lettering placed along its bottom edge; the smaller lower right box is solid yellow and the larger lower left box is solid green with "Since 1975" printed in white lettering along its top edge.
