Description of Mark
The mark consists of in the center, a helmet-wearing soldier--who is seen from the rear, facing to the right, in silhouette and colored with shades of black, blue, tan, and grey--plays a blue, white, and tan bugle with a blue and black chain hanging down from each end using his right hand. Behind, above, and partially obscured by, the soldier's shoulders and head is a black-outlined box containing several images. At the bottom of this box are mountains sloping down from left to right and colored blue, tan, grey, and white. In the bottom-right of this box are seven white acute triangles, outlined in black, that converge in the bottom-right corner of the box and fan out across the box with gaps between them. The gaps between the triangles form their own triangles that converge in the bottom-right corner of the box in a light tan color and fan out across the box, becoming darker tan as they approach the farther extremities of the box. The left border of this box is a flag pole--largely black, but capped in tan--with the Colorado flag flying from it toward the right by a black rope. The Colorado flag consists of blue, white, tan, red, and orange and is waving, causing it to be partially inverted and obscured by itself. The right border of this box is a flag pole--largely black, but capped in tan--with the United States flag flying from it toward the left by a black rope. The United States flag consists of blue, white, tan, and red and is waving, causing it to be partially inverted and obscured by itself, and it is also partially obscured by the Colorado flag. Below this box is a small tan gap that is partially obscured by the bugle-playing soldier's upper back. At the soldier's armpit, the remainder of the soldier's body is obscured by a box that is filled by blue that is darker blue at the top and fades to a slightly lighter blue at the bottom. This blue box has no border. Within the blue box is a tan outline of a box. Within this tan outline are the words "Colorado Freedom Memorial" Each of these words appears on its own line, with "Colorado" at the top, "Freedom" in the middle, and "Memorial" at the bottom. A tan line exists between each of these words, although these tan lines do not extend all the way to the edge of the tan box containing the words. The word "Freedom" is flanked on each side by two short tan lines resembling en dashes. Behind the soldier, black-bordered box, and blue-filled box is a tan rectangle that is largely obscured by these other elements and is visible around their edges and between them. This tan rectangle has a blue border.
