The mark consists of three all-black shapes on white background (essentially shapes inverted from the background), starting on left side with a solid black quadrilateral containing base angles 60 and 117.5 degrees, abutting a smaller quadrilateral-shaped white space for visual continuation, to the solid black isosceles triangle on the right side. The triangle has a base that is one-half of the base of the quadrilateral on the left side. The quadrilateral is approximately 12 times the area of the isosceles triangle. The bottom space between the quadrilateral and the triangle is 90% of the base of the triangle. The third shape is a solid black circle, with radius 1/8 of the bottom space between the quadrilateral and the triangle, situated above the top of the triangle, separated from the triangle by a white space distance approximating the radius of the circle, and is located in a way so as to create symmetry by being positioned evenly on a visual continuation of the base height line of the isosceles triangle. A downwards extension of the rightmost side of the all-black quadrilateral, as a chord to the circle, would create a minor segment of the circle, approximating 1/2 of the circle's radius. The text AVALANCHE IMAGES is shown evenly distributed (with one character space between the two words) underneath the quadrilateral and the triangle. The text is in typeface Gill Sans Bold, the characters spaced to fit visually evenly underneath the geometric formation.
