Promoting scientific research in the field of ocean preservation and ocean wildlife conservation; and promoting the public awareness of the need for ocean wildlife conservation; promoting protection and preservation of ocean habitats through reduction of ocean wildlife poaching via direct action campaigns; Educational services, namely, Semester at Sea programs in the nature of ocean wildlife and habitat conservation; charitable services, namely, promoting public awareness of ocean preservation and ocean wildlife conservation and organizing and developing projects directed to ocean preservation and ocean wildlife conservation
