The mark consists of The mark consists of two circles, one superimposed upon the other, creating a wide dark circle outline border, bordered by a thin white circle outline that surrounds the inner circle. Within the top arc of the wide border, the words "OUR FARM" are separated by a fleur de lis from the words, "YOUR TABLE". Within the bottom arc of the wide border, are the words "Pecan," "Pecan Oil," and "Pecan Butter," each separated one from the other by a fleur de lis. The inner circle features an image of a stylized, mottled leafy tree, from the top of which emanate alternating rays of sunlight. Below, as if within what would be the shaded area under the tree, are images of a sheep, a bee and a chicken. A solid horizontal dark stripe traverses the inner circle to delineate the ground from which the tree is growing. Superimposed on the stripe are the words, "LAFAYETTE, LA". Below the stripe, filling in the bottom of the inner circle, the ground continues striated with curved, horizontal lines to depict roots. Approximately two-thirds of the way down the circles, a solid, horizontal ribbon-like banner bearing the words, "GUIDRY ORGANIC FARMS" hovers over the sheep, bee and chicken. Each end of the ribbon-like banner appears to wrap behind the outer circle resulting in a horizontal "V" shape.
