To the right of the mountain range is a seal comprised of three concentric circles with the interior circle containing a gold design of a sheath of wheat, partially encircled by a gold design of a wheat crown, with an open horizontal ribbon across the center of the seal. All of the foregoing is displayed on a green background, with white trim.
