The mark consists of A black circle with a gold outer ring edge and a second concentric smaller gold ring inside the circle; on the inside of the inner ring the stylized letters L S and P appear in gold with shading, the S being the largest and centered, the L being about half the size of the S and on the lower left side of the S; the P being slightly smaller than the L, but on the upper right side of the S; additionally, between the two rings the words LPS DIRECT appear in all caps in gold on top of the circle, the words "Design Build Furnish" in gold initial cap letters on the bottom of the circle with gold dots between them, and gold laurels on the left and right side of the circle.
