The mark consists of the word important with lower case im, ant and upper case PORT. Underneath the word imPORTant is the word apparel in lower case. In the center of the O in PORT there is a graphic consisting of a half circle, an open circle and an inner solid circle with a small line through the half open and solid circle. From the bottom of O in PORT there is a solid line that curves to the right and wraps around the word apparel and curves back to the left ending under the second p in apparel.
