The mark consists of a large red circle with scalloped edges with a white stripe on the inside of the red scalloped circle. Inside the thin white circle is another red circle with a Texas star within it. Each point of the star has two shades of red, a dark and a light shade. Across the top point of the star are the words Coastal Legislative in white cursive writing. At the base of the inner red circle is the word Tour in cursive white writing. Across the middle of the circle is a blue banner with white interior trim. Across the banner is the word GALVESTON in white all capital letters.
