The mark consists of a circle and around the top inner of the circle are the words "UNITE ALLY UTILITY SOLUTIONS" and at the bottom inside the circle are the words "Life Community Infrastructure Integrity" then there is another circle with a shield in the center of the circle and the shield has different images one is a tractor, there is a power pole, there is a water drop with waves below it then a manhole cover, then a fire symbol, then a lightning bolt with a circle around it and then there is a smaller shield and has six flags inside of it.
