Going into the top of the eye-shaped object is the horizontal piece of a cross, and the vertical piece of the cross extends slightly above the eye-shaped object and nearly hits the bottom of the eye-shaped oval. Surrounding the eye-shaped oval and the cross is a circle. Surrounding the cross is a diamond formed by the top of a triangle (without the bottom portion of the triangle) and the bottom of an upside-down triangle (without the top portion of the upside-down triangle); which both protrude out past beyond the circle forming the letter V and the letter A (without the horizontal line across the A). The eye-shaped oval in the center is surrounded by 21 small dashes that go around the other elements to stand apart from each element.
