The mark consists of The mark consists of a rectangular banner against a black background containing the words "Bao Dumplings" and "Bao Tea". The rectangular banner is bordered by solid red bars on the top and bottom of the mark and by bars which consist of gold horizontal and vertical lines on the right and left sides of the mark. The words "Bao Dumplings" and "Bao Tea" are separated by an image which consists of two Chinese characters in white appearing on a red vertical banner located between gold concentric circles containing a gold circular design formed by curved and straight bars on each side of the banner all enclosed within a gold single line circle with a white background containing gold vertical and horizontal lines. The color white in the rest of the image which separates the words "Bao Dumplings" and "Bao Tea" represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
