Creating an on-line community for certified law enforcement officers with arrest powers and to state/federal officials whose primary duties consist of assisting law enforcement in the area of criminal interdiction users for the purpose of sharing communications, information, intelligence and facilitating collaboration, cooperation and networking between community members; Software as a service (SAAS) services, namely, hosting software for use by others for law enforcement purposes, to share information and collaborate
