The mark consists of a crest shape having a straight line at the top with obtuse angled lines on either side and wherein the lines then curve in and bellow out starting at the middle of the crest and ending in a point at the bottom and wherein the shape is outlined three times, in the foreground inside the crest is a back view of the top half of a person saluting, wherein the person is outlined three times, and in the background to the upper left are several stars and in the background in the upper right are three strips, and in the mid ground is an outline of a family, from left to right, the top of a child, a parent, another parent, and another child.
