CERTIFICATION STATEMENT: The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the services provided meet the certifier's standards of knowledge and experience in the field of OSP design and/or installation as indicated by having met certifier's requirements for education and field experience or credentials, and successful completion of an exam administered by the certifier 2. LEGITIMATE CONTROL STATEMENT: The owner is exercising legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce. 3. "NOT ENGAGED IN PRODUCTION" STATEMENT: The mark owner is not engaged in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied, except to advertise or promote recognition of the certification program or of the goods and services that meet the certification standards of the mark owner. 4.
