The mark consists of a circle with black background, and waffle, covering most of the circle with a slight space between the circumference of the circle and waffle. Approximately one-quarter down from the top of the circle, a head of chicken is placed in the center of waffle with exaggerated comb and beak, and wattles sticking out of the bottom of its beak. With a cowboy style bandana/wild rag tied around its lower neck and its body occupying the center of the bottom half of the waffle. Bent left arm/wing upward with four fingered hand stretched upward, and bent right arm/wing downward with thumb up.
