The mark consists of a circle with a handprint centered in the circle and the word, "TOCABE," in bold block letters extending horizontally across the circle, superimposed over the handprint, the circle being surrounded by two contrasting rings concentric with the circle, the inner contrasting ring being thicker than the outer contrasting ring, the inner contrasting ring having one set of two triangles extending horizontally into the left side of the circle toward the word, "TOCABE," and another set of two triangles extending horizontally into the right side of the circle toward the word, "TOCABE.".
