The mark consists of a circle that contains within it multiple geometric figures and lines. Firstly, there is another circle within the aforementioned one that is formed by 8 curved lines separated from each other. In the center of the image, it is shown a cross pointing north, south, east, and west, in front of each of the lines that make it up there are 4 other separate lines so that there is 1 additional line on each side of the cross that is assembled to the curved lines previously mentioned. In the lower left and upper right quadrants of the inner circle, there are 2 triangles, one in each quadrant, and both point to the center of the image. Similarly, in the upper left and lower right quadrants of the inner circle, two geometric figures are shown separated from each other in each quadrant whereas one of each quadrant is attached to one of the aforementioned lines.
