The mark consists of a parent (whose head is red, orange, and purple horizontally-striped, and whose body is green and blue with a white v-neck showing under the green top) and a child (whose hair is 3 shades of orange, with a teal face, and a body with yellow, orange, red, purple, and blue angled stripes) sitting looking at an open book (with the top edge of the book white,and the outer cover consisting of angular stripes of yellow, orange, red, and purple angular stripes) with a stylized 8 banded rainbow (outer band starting as red at the top then as it descends on each side it blends to gold, and on the left continues to green, second band starting as dark orange at the top then as it descends on each side it blends to gold, and on the left continues to yellow and green, third band follows the same pattern as the second band but in lighter shades of each color, fourth band starts as yellow at the top and as it descends it blends to green and into blue on the left hand side, fifth band starts as green at the top and blends to blue as it descends, sixth band starts as blue at the top and blends to purple as it descends, seventh band starts as purple at the top then has two small blue segments on the right and continues with multiple purple hues on the left, the eighth band starts has purple at the top and remains purple on the right and blends to pink on the left) surrounding them with a gap on the right-hand side of the rainbow where there are 14 small hearts of different sizes and colors (purple, blue, yellow, orange, green) filling the open gap on the right and five small clouds (yellow, white, and orange) scattered across the top half of the rainbow.
